Owl & The Pussycat II (one of a kind original)

Last year I painted a piece based on the 1867 Edward Lear poem The Owl and The Pussycat. That piece was a bestseller in both the card format and the print version. So I decided to do another owl and pussycat image. This time instead of being in their boat, they're in a tree together. They both seem pretty happy. This is a great image for a child's room.

This piece is part of the Creature Feature series 2009. Watercolor,
charcoal and mixed media, approx 6 1/2" x 6 1/2". Matted and framed in
Ash to approx 17" x 17".

$150 (10% of the purchase price of this piece will be donated to the Grand Theatre in Ellsworth.)
